- 100g sun dried tomatoes
- 1 onion
- Garlic (optional)
- 1 table spoon of tomato paste
- 3-4 fresh basil leaf
- 3 tablespoon of cream
- 2 tablespoon of butter
- ½ bunch of parsley
- 5-6 pieces walnut
- ½ lemon juice
Roast onion, garlic and sun dried tomatoes with butter.
Add tomato paste, parsley and basil then boiled with water.
Process all blend with food processor.
Stir cream, lemon juice and salt in a bowl.
Serve soup with creamy sauce and basil.
