- 300 g tagliatelli
- 30 ml olive oil
- 3 medium size grated tomatoes
- 8-9 segments of oven semi dried tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoon of grated chese
- A sprinkle of salt
Boil tagliatelli, then drain.
Roast chopped garlic in a large pan.
Add grated tomatoes and salt, stir until cooked.
Mix tagliatelli and tomato sauce, then take into plate.
Serve with grated cheese topic and oven semi dried tomato segments.
