Tagliatelli with Semi Dried Tomato


  • 300 g tagliatelli
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 3 medium size grated tomatoes
  • 8-9 segments of oven semi dried tomatoes
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon of grated chese
  • A sprinkle of salt


Boil tagliatelli, then drain.

Roast chopped garlic in a large pan.

Add grated tomatoes and salt, stir until cooked.

Mix tagliatelli and tomato sauce, then take into plate.

Serve with grated cheese topic and oven semi dried tomato segments.
