Sun Dried Tomato Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 8 mushrooms
  • 100 g diced sun dried tomatoes
  • 80 g grated cheese
  • 2 tablespoon of butter
  • Oregano
  • Salt

Recipe

Remove stems of mushrooms.

Share butter into mushrooms then sprinkle some salt.

Add diced sun dried tomatoes into mushrooms.

Sprinkle grated cheese and oregano onto mushrooms, then roast in preheated oven at 180C for 10-15 min.

Serve as warm.
