Ingredients
- 100 g diced sun dried tomato
- 400 g penne
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Olive oil
- Pistachio
- Salt
- Black Pepper
Recipe
Put sun dried tomatoes, garlic, pistachios, chopped basil, salt and black pepper in a pot and roast with olive oil.
Boil penne for 12 min then drain.
Pour tomato sauce into penne.
Serve as warm.
