- 300 ml water
- 30 gr instant yeast
- ½ kg flour
- A sprinkle of salt
- A sprinkle of sugar
- 4 tablespoon of olive oil
- 100 g diced sun dried tomato
- 50 g sliced olive
- 10 olives
Dissolve yeast with some water and sugar.
Add flour, salt and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Add remaining water.
Knead dough and add sliced olives, diced sun dried tomatoes and some rosemary.
Form dough and wait for half an hour.
Cook in pre-heated oven at 230C.
Grease with olive oil after cook.
